Privacy Policy

Usage of Data

The bot may use stored data, as defined below, to provide its features and services.

No usage of data outside of the aformentioned cases will happen and the data is not shared, sold or made available to any 3rd-party site or service.

Stored Information

The bot may store the following information automatically when being invited to a new Discord Server:

• id with the Server's ID as value.

• language with default value IT.

• Server.Name with the Server's Name as default value.

• Server.IsBanned with default value of false.

• Config.RefServer with the Server's ID as default value.

The bot will store certain information if explicitly specified and configured during the bot's setup (defined as the procedure of initial configuration) or while editing the configuration at a later date. This information includes, but is not limited to:

• Server's Name

• Server's ID

• Server's Staff Roles

• Server's Roles

• Configured channels for specifc features of the bot.

The bot will store certain user information to provide its services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• User's ID

• User's Username

• User's Roblox Username

No other information outside of the above mentioned one will be stored. All information will only be used to provide the bot's services and features.

Updating Data

The data may be updated when using specific features of the bot.

Such updates of data always require the input of a user, including data that can be seen as identifiable and sensitive, such as text messages. This data is only kept in the database and only used for its intended purpose.

Temporarely stored Information

The Bot may keep the stored information in an internal cacheing mechanic for a certain amount of time to reduce requests to its database.

After a specified time period the cached data will be discared and only re-aquired when needed.

Data may be dropped from cache pre-maturely through actions such as removing the bot from the Server.

The bot temporarily stores other information such as custom embed/messages data for the sole purpose of content moderation. This stored data is deleted as soon as the review process is completed. This data will, in any circumstance, not stored for more than seven (7) days. Moderation systems include both automatic and human systems.

Removal of Data

Automatic removal

Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of removing the bot from a Server. This can be achieved by using the moderation features provided by Discord.

Re-adding the bot back to the server will store data again, as described in the Stored Information section of this policy.

Manual removal of server data

Manual removal of a server's data can be requested through email at [e-mail].

For security reasons will we ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the server, that you wish the data to be removed of. Only a server owner may request manual removal of data and requesting it will result in the bot being removed from the server, if still present on it.

Manual removal of a user's data

Manual removal of a user's data can be requested through email at [e-mail], or through specific functionalities of the bot though this option is not guaranteed to be available.

For security reasons will we ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the account, that you wish the data to be removed of. Only the account owner may request manual removal of data and requesting it will result in the bot's service being removed.
